2015 SCGA Medal
APPLICATION FOR ENTRY MEN’S SALINE COUNTY MEDAL/SENIOR MEDAL and WOMEN’S SALINE COUNTY MEDAL CHAMPIONSHIPS JULY 10th, 11th and 12th, 2015 ENTRY FEE - $75 PER PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY: All participants must either a resident of Saline County or a member of one of the three Salina golf courses. Men’s Senior participants must be at least 50 years old by July 10th, 2015. ENTRY PROCEDURE: Entries must be filed on this entry form and mailed with the entry fee to SCGA, PO Box 1083, Salina, KS 67402-1083. Entries must be received no later than Tuesday, July 7th, 2015. No refunds unless notification is made to the SCGA tournament director by Thursday, July 9th, 2015. TOURNAMENT FORMAT: The Medal Championship will be decided by 54 holes of stroke play. Participants are responsible for scheduling their own starting time for Friday’s first round at Muni. Participants must begin their round on Friday before 3:30 PM. Tee times will be accepted beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday, July 3rd, at Muni (826-7450). Pairings will be made for Saturday’s second round and Sunday’s final round, with play beginning at 8:00 AM. Participants will be flighted based upon 36 hole scores for Sunday’s final round. Men’s Open Division will play from the BLUE tees at each course. Men’s Senior Division will play from the WHITE tees at Great Life and SCC and play from the RED tees at Muni. Women’s Division will play from the RED tees at Great Life and SCC and YELLOW tees at Muni.
